Back to TopQuality Objectives
Formal measurement of customer satisfaction.
This will be done by the use of customer satisfaction surveys. The results of the surveys are used to address specific issues and to identify areas for further improvements to service.
Achievement of sales budgets
This will be measured by comparing the current sales performance to the equivalent period of the previous year and allowing for any variation due to factors outside the control of the company.
Reduction in the number of credits issued
This will be measured by comparing the number of credits (for company controlled issues) raised each quarter. The reasons the credits are raised are analysed to allow specific targeted action to reduce the number of credits.
Back to TopFood Safety Objectives
The food safety objectives are to provide safe, good quality, food products that comply with relevant legislation. The achievement of these objectives is measured by the number of valid customer complaints relating to the condition of product and temperature at which it is received and the absence of corrective action requests relating to HACCP critical control points.

The HACCP program complies with the requirements of the World Health Organisation Codex Alimentarius Commission and the Australian Food Standards Code 3.2.1.
The temperature of chilled and frozen product is checked upon receipt and the temperature of chillers, freezers and delivery vehicles are monitored to ensure product is received, stored and delivered at the correct temperature. There is air-conditioned storage of some products in the warehouse to ensure quality is maintained.
Products are inspected to ensure they are in good condition when they are received and when the order is packed for dispatch. The HACCP Food Safety Program ensures all customers receive safe food products.
